I loved working as a lead artist for the Knowle West Wishes project. The local magazine funded an A4 double sided insert and I used that opportunity to reach more people.
I designed the overall project to focus on hopes and dreams for the future and to be accessible to everyone in the area. There were interactive walking trails linked via an online map, activities to make and do and connections to local organisations. The project gave me the opportunity to highlight local creatives too. Megan Clark-Bagnall, Claudia Collins and Julian Wood played vital roles in the smooth running of the project.
Funded by Filwood Fantastic via Creative Civic Change and Imagination Funding from Bristol City Council, Knowle West Wishes was a collaboration between Filwood Community Centre, Knowle West Media Centre and KWMC: The Factory.
